Booked an air bnb under my name?

Ok little back story. My bf ended things with me a week ago. We had a big argument a few days later and he blocked me. Since, we’ve been emailing almost every day. He told he wants to see if he misses me or not but promises to lmk if he’s done.

Well last night we were emailing. I got an email of a receipt from an air bnb. I asked him about it and he said he booked a trip for him and his friend to take their kids. And that my email must’ve been associated with his number. But I thought if you book through air bnb and put in your number, your email shows up as well ?? Just curious.
