Advice please

Quick question. I’m 22 years old and I been off BC for about 2 years now. I noticed since I moved with my husband that I’m bleeding sometimes heavy bright red blood while having sex. Usually a week before my period. I have been to 2 providers and done all imaging ( MRI, sonogram, ultrasound ) and no one can tell me why I am bleeding during sex. I have done all types of tests I have no infections or anything. They attribute it to my diagnosis of a bicornuate uterus which I feel like is not a good enough explaination. I personally don’t like blood and sex together. It also creeps my husband out. Btw, being dry isn’t the issue down there either I just want answers 😣. Also we have sex with the intent of if getting pregnant than it happens but haven’t fell pregnant yet🥲🥲 any advice ???
