Conflicting advice
So my partner and I went to our first fertility appointment yesterday.
We've been trying to conceive our first for 13 months now with zero success.
We were told by the fertility nurse not to track bbt, do ovulation tests or chart symptoms but I was advised by my doctor before the fertility app if we wanted to get pregnant to track bbt every morning at the same time, and keep a record of signs of ovulation to show that I had ovulated that cycle.
Also at the fertility appointment I was told that it looks like I don't always ovulate each cycle and my partner has slow sperm.
We have been booked in for scans and blood tests to check both our hormone levels.
Which should I listen too, the fertility nurse or my doctor
