Milestones schmilestone

My recently turned one year old boy has moments where he wouldn’t respond to his name for a couple of days, then would switch it back on to response mode - he is currently doing the no response thing at the moment. Hopefully he goes back to him being responsive to it soon. Another thing of concern is his grabbing isn’t the best - he’d pick up things for a bit then drop them. He never wanted to use his own hands to put things in his mouth, he likes to eat, but he gets fed. It’s obvious delay but has anyone had similar issues or even any other skills that you think or thought your little one was delayed at but then later on picked up? And would you think this issue is under the spectrum? Thanks heaps! 🤍
