Yellow discharge/burning help!

I was treated for BV 2 weeks ago and recently I started to have the burning sensation on and off again. And I had some yellow discharge when I wiped. So I called my OB they got me in yesterday to test me for everything. And everything came back normal!! So like wtf is going on. (I am 10 weeks pregnant) the nurse said it could just be my hormones and to keep an eye on it. I have an appointment with my actual doctor next week. Has anyone experienced this?
