What does this discharge resemble?TTC

Hi everyone, my SO & I have been trying to conceive for almost 6 months. I have had chlamydia & trich in the past ( no symptoms) which led to PID .. I got everything treated fairly quickly but the trich it was around for almost 6 months because my body kept resisting the antibiotics.. also to add I was on nexplanon but got it taken out Jan 2023. but fast forward.. I rarely get egg white cervical mucus, my period some months are 2 days long the next it’s an entire week. & even then throughout the month I just have thick white discharge & not thick and chunky thick & white almost creamy. recently was sick went to the ER they did a transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic ct scan & full Sti screening & blood work.. Doctor said everything looked fine.. nothing looked abnormal.. no BV no chlamydia no gonorrhea or trich & no yeast .. what is this discharge ?? do you all think the PID is the cause of me not having EWCM? & not being able to conceive, because me & my SO prays every night for it.
