Plan B/2 weeks late

Hi guys🥲 So i had sex towards the end of my cycle, the last day/2nd to last day and he didn’t pull out in time, this was last month. I took a plan B the very same day and bled for 2 more days… didn’t think anything of it since i was already on my period. I was supposed to get my period on 11/29. I haven’t gotten it, it’s 13 days now. I’ve taken so many pregnancy tests and they’re all negative. Is it normal for plan an to make your period this late?

Anyone ever heard of this?
