Fiancé won’t talk to me and I don’t know what I did wrong

I accidentally left my vibrator on the bathroom counter Wednesday night. It’s something he probably didn’t know I had as I kept it in my closet where he doesn’t go and only use it myself and very rarely.

So that night was totally normal but yesterday morning he was upset/mad about something but I figured it was stress. He left for work without saying goodbye.

Then he gets home from work and I asked how work was and he responded but other than that he didn’t say much. I had left his dinner warming in the oven and he put it away and when I asked said he wasn’t hungry(usually he’s starving when he comes home from work as he doesn’t eat during the day). Then he proceeded to continue working(not abnormal) but when I asked what was wrong because he seemed upset he didn’t answer.

I fell asleep on the couch and awoke to him sleeping on the other couch his phone and work phone charging in a spot he doesn’t put them(he charges them by the bed). When I asked if he wanted to go to bed he said no he was staying there.

Idk what to do. We’ve got a family event tomorrow we’re driving 3-4 hours for so the car ride should be fun.
