2 PERIODS HELP!!

I had my son March 2022, Start in heaven my first. after that in June. My periods went from then all the way till january 2023. Are they in had no. from February to August? I went to my Donald colleges and they put me on progesterone, August September and October, i had a chemically induced period. In october my gyno wanted me to try clomid, that was not successful. My body Finally had a period on on november 25th, It was the worst. I have ever had. The cramps and the pain was like being inactive labor, i bleed for 14.days straight. Madonna colleges said that I bled for so long because it was a makeup period. I stopped on the 8th of December. Me and my Husband had intercourse unprotected on the 8th and the 15th. Light last night. I got up to pee and wiped and it was very faint Pink all day today it has been fine tonight I started cramping, really, really bad again. And the faint pink has became a little bit darker. It has been only a week since my last. can anybody please explain this to me?
