Nexplanon?

Hi ladies!!! question.... I had my son back on November 9th. I had post-partum bleeding until last week (week 4 PP) Today, I am 5 wks and 1 day PP. Last week on Friday, i had the nexplanon put in my arm. so its been a full 7 days. I've had bright red bleeding/spotting for the past 2-3 days. Ive also had some cramping. Im confused as to if this is a legit period or still PP bleeding? I'm breastfeeding and bottle feeding breast milk after pumping. This is my first time having the Nexplanon as ive used pills and the nuva ring in the past. some help/guidance/experiencewould be great the hear! thank you!!
