Cesarean procedure timing unclear

Hi hope you don’t mind my bad english, not my first language 🙏

So, I know my last menstrual period was 5th april and my cycle is 32 days (cause I counted everyday hoping I would get pregnant) and using the calculator my baby was supposed to born at 15 january 2024, but the doctor said my baby due date is 22 january. Like was I wrong or something because I counted carefully (even know when the date the baby made) and the doctor was like 77 years old I was afraid he would make mistake because in my country we’re supposed to do out cesarian 14 days before due date. I mean I don’t mind but I’m concerned about my baby age and I’m afraid it was too early to do cesarean before baby fully develop. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated 🙏
