Chick lying about being pregnant

My brother met this girl a month ago & when he first met her she was cool and all, he even introduced me to her but it was just in passing. Mind you this is the part that gets me, that was about maybe 2 weeks ago my brother said they had sex and so today she said she went to the ER because she was having bad abdominal pain from cervicitis she “thought” and they told her she was 4 weeks 1 day pregnant. Apparently. She sent a sonogram but no pregnancy verification letter. Also the sonogram which was a paper copy, like the ones they print out, it looked like a dot, and doctors nor hospitals don’t even give sonograms that early because there’s nothing to look at. She’s been talking about having his child or getting pregnancy by him since she met him which is why he distanced himself.

Am I overstepping by thinking she’s lying or is this girl clearly trying to trap him and obviously lying about being pregnant?
