TMI but I like to have your advice.

Help my period was 15-18 then it stopped. On the 20th i started having cramps, spotting, and passing clots and it hasn’t stopped which isn’t normal for me to do. So today I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I think I’m having a miscarriage do I go to an urgent care or emergency room. I just moved to the city in and I currently don’t have an primary health provider established. I have set an appointment but it’s until January 8. I’m a bit worried because my cramps are starting to hurt more than normal. And I know this is TMI but I don’t have a flow but every time I wipe it’s something there. When I cramping it bright red🩸but when I’m not cramping it’s brown and there’s clots sometimes.
