Heat rash or allergic reaction
When my son come back from his visitation, he had a little rash on the back of his thigh. I didn’t think much of it, but a while later i gave him a bath and it spread and got bright red like in photo. Then it was on the front of his legs too. i’m not sure what it is. I would think if it was heat rash it would be where his diaper was too but it wasn’t. Any ideas?
