Yellow/ green discharge

Hi I’ve had this for almost a week started off as thrush symptoms the itching and everything but then my discharge changed colour and became a greenish colour which I’ve never had and assumed this is an sti colour but I have read it could also be bv or thrush. A couple of days ago the itching got so bad that my vulva was swollen and so tender I took some anti inflammatory medication and it went down so i think that was just due to the itching. I have been googling my symptoms and I came across trich I have never heard of it but I have similar symptoms as it does act like thrush- I was experiencing gushing discharge which has since passed but this is so strange to me! I took the oral thrush tablet yesterday and the itching has settled but the discharge is still there. I don’t think it’s bv because it doesn’t smell fishy or bad just smells a little bit different. I did have sex almost 2 weeks ago for the first time in 8 months so I’m wondering if it’s sex related. But I always feel dirty after sex so I was probably washing a little too hard and getting close with soap which can set of thrush. Any help would be appreciated.
