How do u get your head round a miscarriage

Aug 2023 I had my first miscarriage at 8 weeks was extremely painful and heartbreaking for the fact I see the baby heart beating every think then the next day I bleed heavily and lost my baby it’s caused a lot of trauma as I see the baby there and that happened I sit and cry every day as I can’t get it though my head this was the first ever time as I’ve had pregnancy before with no problems any one else had the same as me seen and then had a loss I’m broken and it’s months passed
