Is this ovulation discharge?

So I’m done with my 2nd period, postpartum. My first peak ovulation test was CD30 started my period 2 weeks later. I’m on CD13 and my test is close to peak, possibly. I believe I’m getting my ovulation cramping, the difference is the past 2 days I’ve been very lightly spotting. When I went to the bathroom and wiped there was this huge egg white discharge that was blood tinged. Has anyone experienced the same symptoms or had this type of discharge?

Before I got pregnant with my last baby, I would get ovulation cramping but only on one side and no spotting.
