A possible artifact or TWIN?!

Has anyone experienced an early ultrasound (w the probe) and were told there was a POSSIBLE twin? This is the report on the possible second baby. What are the chances you think it’s actually a twin or will end up just being an artifact? Just curious, I’ll be following up with an OB of course just want to get some thoughts 🤔🤔🤔

(Background I’m about 7w with baby #5 and woke up with some bleeding. Went down to the ER to get checked because I don’t have an OB yet. “Baby A” looks normal and HCG levels are strong then they mentioned this possible twin)
