folliculitis or std?

hello, i have really sensitive skin and after shaving (i think?) i noticed some raised bumps on my labia majora/groin area. they sort of looked like an ingrown hair that had just grown skin over it. it freaked me out so i ended up picking them off my skin after having them for 4-5 days. after that the skin went back to normal and was flat. i shaved again and noticed another one. then was stupid again and thought that if i just shaved around the area it would be fine but i keep getting them. i am ASSUMING it’s from shaving but not sure. the large raised one does not hurt and is not itchy. the smaller more flat ones are itchy. i have really bad health anxiety and convinced myself that i could have herpes even though i’ve been w the same partner for over 9 months. i don’t have the resources to get tested. it’s not uncommon for me to get razor burn or an ingrown hair but i’ve never had something so persistent and raised. please tell me i’m overthinking and it’s just irritation from shaving. first two pics are the same bump, last one shows the smaller ones.
