Think I’m losing my mucus plug?!

Hey ladies!!

I’m currently 34 weeks 3 days! I’ve been experiencing heavy pelvic pressure and a constant need to wee and poop 🙈 with some cramping and lower backache.

I have a midwife appointment on Thursday! So going to see if they’ll check me over then!

I did have sexual intercourse last night with my partner, but it couldn’t be from that over 16/17 hours later right?

I’ve put a picture below, you can’t really see the creamy white residue that’s mixed in with it though in the image, could this be my plug coming out?

Any advice?!
