Missed miscarriage
So I’m 2022 I had a missed miscarriage. I’m currently 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. If their was something wrong with baby (God forbid) would my body recognize it’s a miscarriage and it’ll come out on its own. Or is there a possibility that you get missed miscarriages back to back ????
