Estimate HCG trajectory?

Is it possible to estimate HcG levels a couple weeks later based on earlier levels? Or is the variation in doubling time too variable?

I feel like the “normal” ranges are so wide so I was hoping for a range more specific to what I already know about my pregnancy.

My HcG labs were:

4w0d: 73

4w3d: 292

I’m now 6w4d and all my symptoms disappeared (I didn’t have many to begin with) so I’m feeling pretty nervous. My first ultrasound isn’t until Monday, but my doctor is drawing labs today to see where things are at. Wondering where my levels should be.
