Yeast infection ( help )???

I got a yeast infection and I never went to the doctor about it. But my mom helped me get an over the counter thing. But ever since I got the yeast infection Ive been feeling nauseous. I can't seem to eat anything without wanting to throw up. and having diarrhea and gas. I think it's from the infection but I'm not sure. Im not sexually active. And I'm extremely tired all the time. I tested negative for Covid.

Could all these things be from the yeast infection?
