Cyst rupture?

I’ve had a 3.5 cyst for over a year and today I had really rough sex sorry tmi but immediately after I got up I got this bad sharp pain around my butt area and lower belly and vagina already and a little on the side of my belly. I took some ibuprofen but I feel a lot of pressure on my butt. Could it have been my cyst rupturing? I don’t want to go to the er bc they’re going to charge me so much 😭

I didn’t bleed at all. It was weird I don’t have pain anymore I’m not sure what that was but it hurt so bad
