that i can buy.... i'm embarrassed and shy to go to the doctors to telll them im depressed i might have possible bipolar disorder and sucide thoughts..  i dont wanna go! i rather buy something online to help me.. please dont judge just tell me what to buy ...

Dont buy something online. It’s not embarrassing to see a psychiatrist. They’re job is to help you, to improve your quality of life. I have bipolar disorder and I take a medication that is quite literally my saving grace, I couldn’t live without it. It has dramatically improved my life. You have to help yourself, advocate for yourself and the life you deserve

You need to be clinically diagnosed and find a medication that’s right for you. That’s literally their job and they won’t shame you because you say that you’re struggling mentally. Dually, you probably need therapy/counseling so it’s best to see a provider and not get anything from the internet to DIY.

Depression can perhaps be helped without medicine, but most need some amount of medicine often. 
Bipolar is something else entirely and most often needs to be treated with medication. 
Go see your doctor. Get them to help you.
You can't treat something you aren't sure what is. But you know you need help. So please get it 🙏

There are natural supplements but you need to see a specialist to walk you through that. You don’t want something to make you worse. There’s also no quick ways out to it. There’s also an option for therapy and lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, healthy coping tool, etc). Sometimes you just have to push past your ego and get the help you need. See a different dr or therapist if you don’t want to tell your primary care. Also don’t self diagnose until you see a psychiatrist it can send you down a slippery slope.
