Sad after vasectomy

Did anyone ever get depressed or sad after their husbands vasectomy? Any time the conversation of him now being infertile or how “you’re definitely not pregnant now” just shreds me. My face drops mid conversation and I get quiet. Like why am I so sad about it if we both came to agreement with it???
