Was he being a creep

I went to a store to get my phone checked out. The guy was trying to see what happened with it. As we were talking he ended up asking me why I had so much photos. I told him most people say their photos take up most of their storage in their phone. He kept asking what photos do I have and the content I make and how much money do I make, and telling me I was very pretty, he even asked for “my prices”. He also asked “do you meet people off line 😯🤢. I felt very creeped out and he was even trying to give me his number and telling me “just in case I need help again with my phone.”
