Cluster feeding constantly

My baby is 5 weeks old. She was sleeping one long stretch at night and only waking up once to eat. Well for three days now she wants to eat between every 30 minute-2 hours with maybe one 2.5-3 hour stretch at night. Basically if she’s awake she want to be eating. She’s gaining weight great so my doctor isn’t concerned about her not getting enough. He thinks it’s a growth spurt happening. Anyone else dealing with this? It’s really hard since I do have 2 other children that need my attention. I’m going crazy not being able to do anything but nurse a baby. 😅
