I think you have to fail two out of the four to fail but your one hour mark is really high, my one hour glucose I was 137 and the cut off in my office was 134 and then for the three hour I was 81 for my fasted baseline and 1 hour after the drink I was 147 then I puked but they sent those results anyways and I asked if I needed to take it again since those readings were fine and they said no and just advised me to eat healthy so good luck!
