tampon stuck??

I was drinking last night and cannot remember if i took my tampon out or not. I then had sex, it was a little painful but nothing out of the norm. I tried fishing for it and tried all the remedies and I cannot feel anything up there at all. it does feel a little weird down there but can't figure out if i'm overthinking it all. I cant remember at all if i took it out or not. I would go to dr but I dont have insurance rn :/
