After sex

Ok so me and my man been together 3 years and haven't used protection at all he even got his sperm tested and he us perfectly fine. I was going to get tested but before i found out i was pregnant but unfortunately we lost baby at 7weeks and 3 days we have been doing on my ovulating days and maybe 5 to 6 timesa month andstill nothing. So every time after we finish i always run to get panties thinking i could hold it in because it always come leaking out and im thinking it'llstop it from coming out. I even tried elevating my feet on the wall with my pelvis up to get the semen in me. I honestly justwant out rainbow baby. Any advice or is it normal for the semen to seep out?
