Does the depo shot affect sex?

Idk what’s going on with me, I’m 11 weeks postpartum and sex does not feel the same to me. I got the depo shot at 6 weeks pp and im wondering if that could be what’s affecting me? It’s like my vagina is irritated from not being wet enough that when I go pee afterwards it burns. I have 3 kids does it feel like this after 3 kids? Or maybe I need more time to heal down there? I’ve never felt like this before it’s been constant every time we’ve had sex it feels like this I’m getting worried
