Help 🥺

I started having contractions uncomfortable enough to wake me up at 4am and not being able to sleep until morning around 7-8 they stopped but I have been miserable all day with a horrible back ache as if I was on my period and now I was able to relax after an active day it kills to get up I’m not sure wat to think I also just whent to pee and there was mucus plug on the paper and now I’m in the tub with hot water but still achy 😪😫
