Would you be uncomfortable with a random woman paying for your husband's dental work

Me and my husband went out clubbing yesterday and a woman accidentally hit him in the mouth with her beer bottle and chipped his tooth. She was really apologetic and said she would pay to for it. He's going to get the tooth fixed tomorrow and I just don't know if I'm comfortable with some random woman paying for it. We could easily take out of savings to fix his tooth.
