No FMLA?
So I just realized you have to work at your employer for 1 year to qualify for FMLA. I’m due with my first about 2 weeks before my first anniversary at this job. Has anyone been in that situation? Will my FMLA kick in when I’m out (approx 2 weeks after I give birth)? Will they not let me be out because I don’t qualify so like they could fire me? I don’t know what this means but I’m freaking out! Any help is appreciated.
