Naps??

I have an 18 month old. Just wondering, when did your toddlers stop napping?? Im really enjoying these moments of peace lol.

Kids should nap until 3 or 4. They often go through a regression around 2 where a lot of parents just think the kid is done with naps. Usually if you stick to schedule they are back to naps within a week or 2. My oldest napped til 4, my second doesn't have as high sleep needs and stopped at 3. My 3rd is 17 months and she is just dropping down to one nap

My 2 year old is starting to want no more naps lol hes in that process, my 3 year old stopped napping sometime after she turned 2, so they arekind of following the same schedule

Before she was 2 mine stopped. She stopped early. She’s in bed for 11-12 hours every night though. She is the best sleeper. I’m working when she would be napping anyway, so I actually prefer her no nap schedule bc she goes to bed earlier (so I can too lol). When she was napping, she was never ready for bed til late and would still wake up early. Now she’s asleep by 7pm, up around 6:30am or so!

My nephew is 5 and still napping most days. His 9 year old brother stopped regular naps at 5 but still occasionally naps after busy days or on the weekend.

My youngest is 5 and still naps! Not daily, it depends on how active she is. But some days, if she doesn’t have a nap, she’ll fall asleep before dinner and be out for the night. Some days she sleeps on the car ride home from school, 40 minutes, and that’s enough. She’ll happily lay on the couch with a movie and take a nap though.

My oldest is 4 and still naps about 50% of days. My 21 month old is nowhere near dropping his nap.
