First Time w/ BV … When Does Weird Discharge Stop?

Hey everyone. Was recently diagnosed with BV for the first time, and I am on the third day of Metronidazole (14 day regimen) just took this morning’s dose. The itchiness and vaginal pain is starting to go away after two days on the antibiotic, and the odor - but I am still producing some green and grey discharge. For people who have had BV before, when does that go away? Cause it makes me feel absolutely repulsive and humiliated and grossed out. Input appreciated.
