3 month old loud eating?

My daughter is almost 3 months old. The first week of January she had a slight cold. Just a runny nose, no coughing or fever. Ever since then she grunts, wheezes and/or gasps every time she’s eating or lying down. When she’s sitting upright she will grunt occasionally but definitely not as bad

She doesn’t seem sick anymore and is eating/sleeping normally. She also doesn’t seem to be uncomfortable. What could be causing this? I do plan on calling her doctor on Monday as it sounds like it might be her breathing
