Potty training

How do i potty train my 3 yr old? Perhaps also my 2 yr old ? Boy and girl. I have a 5 yr old that wasn't completely potty trained until he was almost 4. I was pregnant and with a baby at the time so i feel thats why I took longer on him. Like what routine do you follow? Tips? I want to hear from parents that were able to potty train in less than a week. How did you do it?
