Can I be jealous that my boyfriend is friends with his exes and people he’s slept with on social media?

I don’t know if it’s anything to care about or if i’m right to be uncomfortable about it? I don’t have any form of contact with people i’ve been with, not on any type of social media.

He made a new snapchat user because I was uncomfortable with him having his exes there, but now I see the girls he’s slept with on TikTok and facebook as well. I know that he’s with me now and that it shouldn’t really matter, but I can’t stop thinking about them or comparing myself to them.

People sometimes just don’t delete people, if you trust him it shouldn’t bother you but try and talk to him tell him how you feel and if he does t think he needs to delete it you have to deal with it or move on

You're allowed to feel however you feel, but I would really reflect on those feelings and delve into what is causing them. You said you can't stop thinking about them and comparing yourself to them. To me that points to a deep rooted sense of insecurity. So rather than requiring him not to be friends on social media, I would start figuring out why you are allowing them to take up space in your mind, and why you feel the need to compare yourself to them. Do you feel inferior to them? Do you not trust him? I think that you can ask him to do what it takes to cater to your feelings, but if you trust him then you should feel safe in the relationship whether he's friends with his exes on social media or not. You will not be able to make him delete them or anything like that. So it's super important to be able to trust your partner and feel safe with him and stable in the relationship no matter what. If you don't, that's OK but maybe it isn't the right relationship for you.
