Pregnant 30 weeks why is this happening!!

Hi ladies.. before you come at me yes i have spoken to midwife and she said longest i dont have cramps or ongoing bleeding its normal to happen but why would this happen idk? İm spotting very light pink happend also 2 days ago and today.. no pain but im worried can someone help or did this happen to anyone before thank you?😟😟😟
