Haven’t had periods in a yr

6 yrs ago I started a birth control that stopped my periods. It didn’t stop them completely has I would get a period maybe every 6months. Well on Jan on this yr on the 17 I got my period so I think I’m not sure it was brown and extremely light and mucusey it lasted for 4 days. My question is since I started my period my nipples have been sensitive til this day it’s been 2weeks should I make an obgyn appointment? I can’t wear a shirt without a bra cause the rubbing of my shirt on them hurts.
