Staying Positive

TTC can be a stressful journey on its own. But it’s a whole other beast when you’re trying after a loss. It’s not difficult to name the ways in which we are hurting. Seems easy to muster up the words to describe that pain and frustration, confusion and anger. Effortless to share the many negative thoughts and fears swirling around in our minds endlessly.

BUT- what about stories of staying positive even when that feels more impossible than TTC?

I would love to start a thread to share positive experience and advice/tips on getting through this with grace and love❤️🙏🏼
