Lady bits during 2ww pt.2

Well my lady bits have been extra sensitive- throbbing with my heart beat and feeling 'warm' (not in a concerning way) for the last 24hrs... now theres slight pain, not exactlycramping as it feels more in the vagina/cervix area plus i feel a lot of discharge comingout but its creamy and slightly yellow? Could this be old semen? Or a v early symptom? ... only 4dpo so doubt its implantation but couldthis be a promising sign that things are headedin the right direction?
