Can anyone tell me what this tastes like?

So I want to make a charcuterie board and I have been watching so many videos and these 2 things are the main things people use. I’m extremely curious as to what it taste like? If anyone can kindly describe it as best as you can please 😃

Prosciutto is usually thin sliced Italian ham. It's streaked with fat, and salty and delicious. Brie cheese is more of an acquired taste. It is buttery and creamy, but can also be a little on the funky side if it's aged. It's delicious baked until melty and served with bread or crackers and something sweet, like jam, fruit or honey.

Brie is a soft cheese that’s usually a bit richer and somewhat creamy.  It can have a nutty flavor when it’s an aged Brie.  It goes well with crackers, apple slices, grapes, nuts, and can be served warm wrapped in phyllo or cold/room temperature as is.  
Prosciutto is thin and delicate.  It’s less salty than ham but still flavorful.  It also goes well with crackers  and apples which is why that and Brie are usually paired together.

Brie cheese is a pretty mild soft cheese. It’s a creamy texture. Tastes more “cheesy” than cream cheese, and a dif texture. More cheese-like, just soft. You can serve it cold or warmed up. Both are super good! 
Prosciutto is like bacon that is not smoked. Usually sliced very thin and goes well with cheese and fruit such as pears! Also super good lol
