Is this normal or am I reading into it?

One of my bosses is about 20 years older than me and from the day I met him I felt like he thought I was cute. One day I work braided pigtails to work and he said he liked my hair. Last week I was running late and put my hair in braided pigtails after I showered and he said he loves when I wear my hair like this. I’m not good at picking up when guys notice me let alone hit one me so please let me know if this is normal or am I being a dork and reading into it too much?
