Feel hes not into me...

Were both extremely busy but when i say im busy i work 2 jobs, have 2 toddlers to care for and a home to clean. I find little space to text bci truly feel texting takes no time. Only a few seconds. I feel im always reaching out, always texting and i know hes busy but so am i. Like yesterday he went4 hrs without aending a msg but as soon as i texted he texted right back. I just hate always reaching out. Even now i want to text him but i just want to see if im important to him and if hell text me but so far i feel ita not looking good.
