UPDATE: No resolution to my bad hair cut
Update: so after emailing back and forth yesterday they offered to either have me get a complimentary haircut done by the same person who fucked up my hair OR they would pay a certain amount towards one of their senior stylists to have them fix my hair… that’s all fine and dandy but I asked 1) how soon do I have to let them know when I’ll be back to their town because again, I live 2 hours away and 2) I requested for the 3rd time to also have a refund on top of that because my hair is so bad that my 8 year old niece asked me if my 3 year old nephew cut my hair!!!
To no one’s surprise they left me high and dry and didn’t respond to my email at all.. not even about how soon I need to let them know when I’ll be back to have my hair fixed…. They’re making it extremely hard for me to not want to leave a review…. Especially because if I do have a senior stylist fix my hair, I don’t want her to be rude to me because I left a bad review
I posted on here a few days ago of the really bad bob I got. I messaged them on their Instagram and they read it and never responded and I also emailed them and never got a response. It’s now Wednesday so I emailed them again and said I really don’t want to have to write a review due to their lack of wanting to find a resolution and so naturally now someone reached out and said they will forward the email to their manager and someone will get in touch with me
I’m not even sure what I should be looking for for a solution but clearly SOMETHING needs to be done. My hair is too short for them to fix it without going even shorter and not to mention I live 2 hours away from the salon because we just went to that town for a little weekend trip
I’m not sure what they’re going to offer me for a solution but what exactly should I expect/ ask for??
