Am I the only one confused???

January 30th my husband said he didn’t like his ottoman being piled with bills

January 31 I cleaned it up for him and he came home he asked why I did

I said you said last night….

He cut me off and said who said I said that???

I said you said it last night???

He said ohhhh hahaha okkkkkk who cares about last night that’s in the past!!!!! It’s always the past with you!

I said oh ok so when you’re with your friends and they say hey man last night some chick and do you cut them off or or if your boss says David last week you said you were gonna do XYZ do you cut her off too or wait wait it’s just me you always do that with ME any time I mention anything whether it was last week or 2 hours ago you tell me I’m in the past how am I suppose to tell you anything or talk to you??

He said seeee you never fucking listen to me it’s your way or no way and you do ohhhhh you do live in the past

I said ok well I cleaned off your ottoman because it had a few bills on it you’re welcome

He said see still talking about the past unreal!!!!!

Anyways I’m confused anyone else???

Any tips on how I can talk to him about anything that isn’t occurring that very second would be great!
