I'm scared

So i missed my period december- i thought maybe it was stress so I never did a preg test by I was cramping like i was getting my period.

Then Jan 13th I started little bleeding then Jan 14th towa4ds the end of the day I got up from sitting, and Guys I never BLED like that in my life!!! It was a huge blood clot rushing out of there, i was literally like pushing blood out and it was coming out like water... i had the most heaviest bleeding like 2 days... but its feb 2nd I'm STILL spotting!!! I don't know what to do??.

Is this because I missed my period or somethimg else?? How can I stop my spotting (i only see it when I wipe)...
